How long will it take to get my package?
We aim to fulfill all orders within two business days or less. You will be sent a shipping confirmation email and carrier tracking info when your order is on it's way.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship from California to anywhere in the USA and Canada. If you live out of our shipping zones and are a fan of our products, contact us directly. We will do our best to accommodate a special order.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept standard online payment methods. We will accept crypto in the very near future.
How long do I have to make a return?
Returns must be requested within 2 weeks of receiving your order. Once a case is approved, it must be sent back within 30 days of approval. All cases older than 30 days that have not been sent in or given further communication will be canceled and archived, no longer eligible for return or exchange.
Lighters are not eligible for return.
Do you offer free shipping on returns?
We do not offer free return shipping at this time, our crew will provide you with a shipping label. Once we receive the return, a refund will be issued less the amount of shipping.
Do you offer any warranties?
We want to ensure you our products provide long lasting value. We will do our best to replace products which breakdown past the return window but cannot offer extended warranties at this time. Please contact us directly to open a case.
How does your smell proof tech work?
The custom designed pockets are the core of our smell proof tech. The waterproof zippers and velcroed seal interior fully suppress air and odors from escaping. The pockets work on their own but are enhanced when outfitted with our custom charcoal absorbing patches. These features combined are guaranteed to keep your flowery fragrances safely concealed.
Will people know my package is for a cannabis accessory?
We wouldn't be good at what we do if we missed this step. Your package will arrive in a black mailer bag. There is no logo or branding on the packaging other than our company name listed on the carrier label.
